Lincotek receives Best Managed Companies Award for fifth consecutive time

Italian-based business named by Deloitte Private in Milan ceremony this week

Rubbiano-Parma, Italy | Oct 10th: – Lincotek, the global solutions provider for the industrial gas turbine, aerospace and medical markets, was this week named by Deloitte Private among the 67 best-managed companies in Italy for the fifth successive year.

The accolade – which is designed to recognize entrepreneurial excellence on the national scene – was awarded in Milan, yesterday, in a ceremony at Palazzo Mezzanotte, headquarters of Borsa Italia – Euronext Group.

ELITE – Euronext Group and Piccola Industria Confindustria joined forces with Deloitte Private to organize the event, drawing on ALTIS Graduate School of Sustainable Management of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore for methodological and strategic support.

The successful companies were judged against rigorous criteria in six key areas:

  • Strategy
  • Skills and Innovation
  • Commitment and Corporate Culture
  • Governance and Performance Measurement
  • Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Internationalization and Supply Chain

Andrea Restelli, Partner at Deloitte and Head of the Best Managed Companies programme for Italy, describes the approach:

“The evaluation parameters designed and adopted by Deloitte experts and the jury, which led to the recognition of these 67 Italian entities for their managerial capabilities, are elements we consider fundamental for companies operating in a complex scenario like the current one.

“In a historical phase where the emergence of new technologies is shaping new horizons and business opportunities, organizations must be able to have leadership that is both prepared and attentive to these new trends, as well as the ability to adapt and reshape their structure in line with new priorities.”

Ernesto Lanzillo, Deloitte Partner and Leader of Deloitte Private for the Central Mediterranean area of Italy, Greece and Malta adds:

“Once again, this seventh edition attests to the presence of excellent entrepreneurial companies in our country. Through the analysis of the parameters that characterize the Award, which are crucial for managing a company, we have recognized 67 businesses that represent the Italian excellence.

“In addition to a solid base of previously awarded companies that were already part of this multi-year growth journey, demonstrating how this award highlights impressive business management over time, new high-profile entities have also been added. In fact, over a fifth of the awardees are companies that have joined the program this year, thanks to their solid and ambitious management capabilities.”

The decision of the judges – who included Marta Testi (CEO of ELITE-Gruppo Euronext), Professor Fabio Antoldi (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore) and Renato Goretta (VP of Piccola Industria Confidustria) – was welcomed by Linda Antolotti, Lincotek Group’s Vice President, who commented:

“We’re delighted to have been recognized five times in a row since 2020. It’s great to see that our clear strategy for growing Lincotek, along with our focus on innovation, governance, and corporate social responsibility, has once again impressed the judges. This achievement has only been made possible through the hard work and dedication of our people, who consistently lead the way. We view this recognition not just as a celebration of past successes, but as a motivation to continue improving, innovating, and striving for excellence.”

Andrea Colombo, CEO of Lincotek Group, added: “We strongly believe in this path, which not only enhances company performance but also sustainability. This award fully represents the essence of Lincotek: constant passion and commitment in reaching and maintaining the highest standards of business management and sustainable development, with a continuous focus on growth and improvement. It is an acknowledgment that reflects every aspect of our management, from our market position to the way we collaborate with suppliers, employees, and local communities.”
